Online Ordering: Order directly from the product pages inside our store in just three easy steps.

We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) secure ordering data encryption protocol which is utilized by all common web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, AOL, etc.

Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times/for in-stock items being delivered in the U.S. and Canada. Contact us for International delivery methods and pricing:

Standard: 3 - 7 business days, USPS or UPS Ground
UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

*Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $15.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
For shipments to Canada an additional $20.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Overnight or special handling to above destinations requires additional fees. Call for details.
A $1.00 insurance fee is included in the above amounts. Lost packages are replaced for free.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable state and local tax on items sold to Purchasers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Connecticut and New York for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided.

Canadian Orders: The order total displayed on our website does not include GST/HST, or any customs or import fees.

Return Policy

All items must be returned within 30 days in original box and be in new condition, or they will not be accepted. Books are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. VCR tapes, audio tapes, computer software, and reports are not returnable and will be refused by our Receiving Department. Returns must be sent pre-paid and insured via U.S. Mail or UPS.

Damaged in Shipment?
Please save the item(s) and packaging, then notify us by phone at 1-800-334-9291. We will notify the carrier to inspect the item(s) and arrange for pickup of the damaged item(s).
